Because queers and feminists are book geeks and don’t we know it, it’s grand time for a wee gathering.   Yes Darwinites it’s time to brush that glitter out of your eyes, peel yourself off that sweaty bed and away from the fan and put that frothy down for half an hour. Come join some fabulous queers and some fierce feminists and get geeky!

For the second ever book club while we debated getting even deeper into Orange is the New Black, it has been decided we will be reading: oryx and crake by Margaret Atwood.

Invite friends and family or anyone with feelings about books that they need to share.  Reading the book is entirely optional although highly recommended. Hint- lazy beings, there is a movie version!

New comers welcome. You can spot us as at least one person will be clutching a copy of the book
