Bring your rainbow chalk to Goyder Square in front of Library at the Boulevard from 8am and get ready to show the world what we can do!!

The weekend is perfect for family & friends!
In the second weekend of April 2013 the local community in Sydney (and then the world) chalked up makeshift rainbow crossings in response to the removal of the Sydney Rainbow Crossing. We’ve been chalking ever since with a Pop Up Gallery celebrating the DIY movement in April 2014. Now this year we plan to bring back the community chalkings!
Get chalk from your local $2 shops, Lincraft etc. Red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple preferable! (Purple can be hard!!)
It’s fun and it sends a message to the world. Marriage equality is well overdue in Australia and, sadly in 2015, our communities are going through many hardships across the world. A chalk rainbow won’t change everything, but it helps :-D Please post your pictures on the DIY Rainbow Page so we can share them with the world!
